A splash page is going to be any website on the internet that you have access to editing to html code. You will use this website to redirect visitors to Yuwie. This page comes in very handy when dealing with sites that block links directly to yuwie such as myspace.

Ok, here are four prime examples of splash pages set up for yuwie recruiting... # 1.... http://www.increase-website-traffic.net/yuwie/ - a very simple splash page which uses the "meta refresh" technique. this page is effective because you dont have to wait for any users to click on the referral links... after 4 seconds they will be automatically redirected to yuwie.
# 2.... http://www.getyoursfree.com/yuwie/ - this is a simple splash page that does not use the redirect technique... in order to get a referral from this page, you are depending on the user to click on either the yuwie banner or text link.

You must remember to replace “your_yuwie_id_number” with your actual numeric id number. What number is this? Simple, just go to your Yuwie profile page and look at the number in your browser’s URL:

Try any of the above methods and see what works best for you... and what gets you the most referrals.

A couple final notes...
Learn some html code. (this will help you so much, i cannot stress it enough. first get the basics down and then go from there... the sky is the limit, there are plenty of online tutorials and places to learn html without paying any money)
Learn about search engines. (one of the best parts about having splash pages is that they will get indexed into google and other search engines... while you have been struggling to actively recruit new referrals, some of us have been just sitting back and letting them pour in.) Buy your own domain. (they really arent that expensive and this could be a place that you can do many things, host a blog, your photos, splash pages... whatever you want.)
